Introduction

CorLa was founded in 2001 to provide outsourced SPV and Asset Management Services to PPP and PFI projects. CorLa has developed a unique mix of skills and experience. Our team of over twenty PFI professionals come from a mixture of public and private sector backgrounds in all areas of project construction, operational and financial management. Since its inception CorLa has provided these services and specialist PFI advice directly to over thirty-five projects and has provided Asset Management services to portfolios containing over seventy more projects. The combined capital value of all of these projects exceeds £12bn.

SPV Management Experience and Expertise

CorLa has provided its SPV Management services across the full range of social infrastructure projects including health, education and criminal justice, emergency services, government accommodation, research laboratories, specialist communications and waste water treatment.

CorLa’s team has been carefully selected to blend a full range of management, technical and financial skills with experience of delivering PFI/PPP for both the public and private sectors. Between us we have more than 150 years’ experience in the delivery and management of projects across most areas of UK government spend.
