Exeter Combined Courts

Enterprise Civic Buildings Ltd has contracted with the Lord Chancellor's Department to build and run Exeter combined courts. The contract commenced in November 2004 for a30-year period.

The building component has an approximate capital value of £17m and the project includes the provision of a full range of FM services including IT Hardware, Networking and Communications. CorLa is providing a full range of SPV Management services.
