GLOUCESTERSHIRE FM SERVICES

County Police Headquarters

This project entails the design, build, finance and operation of the new Gloucestershire County Police Headquarters. The £30m construction cost provides a state-of-the-art building with high-tech communications, training and gym facilities in addition to inherently flexible office accommodation. The consortium provides full FM services throughout the concession period of 25 years.

The consortium commenced service delivery in December 2005.

CorLa is responsible for the provision of full SPV Management Services that commenced at Financial Close in March 2004.
