CorLa solely specialises in the outsourced management of PFI projects and Investment portfolios and is structured specifically and exclusively to deliver a complete range of strategic management and technical services for PFI.

With an established track record of delivery across key PFI sectors, CorLa has particular expertise and case histories of successful projects in the areas of Health, Education, Custodial, Courts, Laboratories and Government Accommodation.

In addition to our consultancy capabilities we are currently delivering SPV management services on 15 projects with a combined capital value of over £2bn and a built floor area of over 6 million sqft. The total annual unitary payments processed by our team exceed £200m. Asset Managemet services are provided across a further £1bn worth of Equity investments.

These projects are all delivering either ahead or on programme with service delivery performance matching or exceeding set requirements.
