and technical services for PFI.

histories of successful projects in the areas of Health, Education,
Custodial, Courts, Laboratories and Government Accommodation.

a built floor area of over 6 million sqft. The total annual
unitary payments processed by our team exceed £200m. Asset Managemet services are provided across a further £1bn worth of Equity investments.
